DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OFFICER

CCF is looking for an innovative individual who will drive growth, technological renewal, and work on an integrated digital structure for CCF. This person will lead the transformation of the church’s traditional analog systems into digital ones, and will coordinate with other departments and their leaders in order to maximize the use of digital tools, platforms, technologies, services, and processes for God’s glory and the effective fulfillment of our mission and vision.

 

Requirements:
8 to 10-year experience in the IT industry or related digital innovation fields
5 to 7-year managerial experience
DGroup Leader

FINANCE TEAM LEADS (Controls & Compliance)

  • Graduate of Accountancy or related course
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) a plus
  • With at least 2 years of work experience as Team Lead in Controls & Compliance
  • Oracle experience is an advantage
  • Must be a DGroup Member

FINANCE ANALYSTS (Accounts Payable, Fixed Asset, General Ledger)

  • Graduate of Accountancy or related course
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) an advantage
  • Oracle experience is an advantage
  • Must be a Bible Believing Christian, preferably part of a DGroup

HUB ACCOUNTANTS  (Isabela, Baguio)

  • Graduate of Accountancy and is a Certified Public Accountant
  • At least 4 years relevant experience, preferably had worked in all Accounting areas (financial planning, general ledger, AP/AR, fixed assets, etc.)
  • Must be part of a DGroup
  • Willing to be assigned in any of the following areas: North Luzon – East (Isabela, Baguio)

FINANCE and ADMIN ANALYSTS (North Luzon, Metro East)

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Business Administration, or related field majoring in Accounting
  • At least 2 years work experience related to Accounting, preferably General Ledger and Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
  • Must be a DGroup Member
  • Willing to be assigned in any of the following satellites: Alicia, Santiago, Lower Antipolo, Baguio

INTERNAL AUDITORS (Junior/Senior)

  • Graduate of Accountancy
  • Preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
  • With at least 2 years of audit experience gained from internal audit of other organization
  • Good oral and written skills, highly analytical and resourceful
  • Must be a DGroup Member

ADMIN ASSISTANTS

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • With at least two (2) years work experience in Admin related functions
  • Experience in HR is a plus
  • Detail Oriented and has good oral and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Team player, proactive, adaptable, and trainable
  • Must be a Bible Believing Christian, preferably part of a DGroup

TRAINING COORDINATOR AND WRITER

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably in education or training-related field
  • Dynamic, flexible, and with good interpersonal skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Detail-oriented and proficient in MS Office
  • Graduate of at least GLC 1
  • Must be a DGroup Leader

MECHANICAL / ELECTRICAL ENGINEER

  • Graduate of Mechanical of Electrical Engineering
  • Preferably licensed with at least 2 years of relevant work experience in facility or equipment maintenance
  • Knowledgeable in building wiring, motor controls, HVAC, fabrication, welding, plumbing, and pipefitting works
  • Can read and interpret electrical and mechanical drawings
  • Autocad knowledge an advantage
  • Must be a Bible Believing Christian, preferably part of a DGroup

WEB DEVELOPER

  • Relevant experience in PHP, Javascript, CSS, HTML, Symfony or Laravel, and MYSQL
  • Excellent Object-Oriented Programming Skills
  • Good Knowledge on Linux Development Environment

NXTGen SMALL GROUP COORDINATOR

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • Has completed or currently completing GLC 2
  • Excellent interpersonal skills (dealing with kids, parents, and volunteers)
  • Able to develop leaders and lead a team of volunteers
  • Good organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Must be a DGroup Member

NXTGen CREATIVE WRITER & STAGE PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

  • Graduate of any 4-year course (major in Communication, Film Production, or Theatre Arts is a plus)
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • Has completed or currently completing GLC 2
  • Able to lead and mentor a team of volunteers
  • Has experience writing scripts for video lessons, directing for stage plays or film production
  • Good organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Must be a DGroup Member

NXTGen CAMPAIGNS & COMMUNICATIONS COORDINATOR

  • Graduate of any 4-year course (major in Communication or Digital Marketing is a plus)
  • Highly skilled in planning and developing market studies and communication plans
  • Knowledgeable in social media management
  • Able to lead and mentor a team of volunteers
  • Able to create engaging print and digital promotional materials
  • Good organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Must be a DGroup Member

NXTGen CURRICULUM & MATERIALS COORDINATOR

  • Graduate of any 4-year course (major in Education is a plus)
  • Has completed or currently completing GLC 2
  • Able to lead  a team of volunteers
  • Has experience using Adobe Illustrator, Canva, etc.
  • Good organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Must be a DGroup Member

HR ASSISTANT

  • Graduate of Psychology or any related course
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills
  • With at least 2 years’ relevant work experience in the same role
  • Good organizational skills and detail-oriented
  • Must be a Bible-believing Christian, preferably part of a DGroup

MARKET RESEARCH AND CHANNELS SPECIALIST

  • Graduate of Statistics, Mass Comm (Communications Research a plus), Advertising, Marketing or any related course
  • Proficient with general research principles (traditional market research and digital research/analytics)
  • Can do end-to-end research from drafting methodologies, execution, data gathering and analysis
  • Knowledgeable in Project Coordination
  • Must be a DGroup Leader

  • Ability to train and mentor volunteers, work under pressure and meet deadlines

LIVE PRODUCTION COORDINATOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Media or similar field
  • At least 3 years  of relevant work experience in TV and media production
  • Expert in Pro Presenter and other live stream or broadcast platforms

YouTube SPECIALIST

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably with a course in Communications or related

IN-HOUSE CORPORATE LAWYER

  • Licensed lawyer with at least 3 years’ work experience as an in-house Corporate Lawyer or working in a law firm
  • Must have excellent knowledge on laws, corporate housekeeping, compliance & regulations, contract management, and government processes
  • Litigation experience is a plus
  • Must be keen to details and processes
  • Able to work with top management and external parties
  • Must be a CCFer, preferably a DGroup Leader

NXTGEN MEDIA COORDINATOR

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Media or similar fields
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in advertising ideas, graphic design, promotional videos, etc.
  • Expert at targeted communications and advertising campaigns across various media platforms
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

BUYER

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • With at least two (2) years work experience in Procurement
  • Has good negotiation, customer service and consulting skills

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably with a course in Legal Management OR has taken law school classes
