1. How can I buy the MOTIVATE book and how can I get a discount?
The discounted rate has ended last September 30, 2020. However, the book is still available with an SRP of PhP 375. Go to https://ccf.org.ph/motivate or https://bit.ly/motivateupdatededition to purchase your book at OMF’s online store, shipping fee not included.
2. How will the book be delivered? Do I have the option to pick it up?
Please be reminded that shipping fee is not included in the cost, but there are two shipping options you can choose from:
a. You can pick it up from OMF Literature’s Boni, Mandaluyong Bookshop (no shipping fee) or
b. Have it delivered to your address (shipping fee is not included in the book price and handling fee).
3. Is there a maximum number of pieces that I can order for the book? I want to give the book to some people I know.
We understand that a lot of CCFers would love to share M.O.T.I.V.A.T.E to their family and friends that is why there is no cap or limit to the number of books you want to purchase. You can indicate the quantity of your orders in the online store.
4. What if I’m not techy and have no idea about online shopping, how can I order the book online?
We hope this simple step-by-step guide will help you in purchasing your book:

2. Click “Add to Cart”, then click the shopping cart and proceed to check out.
3. Fill out all necessary details and choose your mode of payment.

5. I made an error in my purchase. Can I edit, cancel my transaction, or avail refund?
The order cannot be edited. You can send a message to any of OMF Lit’s platforms to process the cancelation of your transaction and the refund.

6. I've decided to pick up my order instead of having it delivered. Can I change my form of shipping when I am done with my transaction? Who can I contact?
You can reach OMF Lit through any of their platforms and inform them of the change in delivery/shipping option. If order has already been paid for, including shipping fee, request for a refund of the shipping fee. Please note that you cannot refund the shipping fee through the bookshop where you will pick it up.

7. Is it possible if I pick up my order from a CCF Satellite?
We partnered with OMF Lit to take care of receiving all book orders and deliveries to provide you with an easier ordering and payment system as well as faster delivery time. This is why we are coursing all orders to them, and why we will not be distributing stocks to various CCF satellites.
8. Can I have multiple delivery addresses in my order?
This is not possible as each transaction processes only one address for delivery.
9. Is the COD possible for areas outside NCR?
Unfortunately, OMF can only cater COD to those who are in NCR, but they do a nationwide and international shipping via other payment channels.
10. Can OMF ship abroad?
Yes, international shipping rates will apply.
11. How can I facilitate MOTIVATE in my Dgroup?
We have 2 materials which you can use in your group:
a. Sunday Lite videos and
b. the workbook (Available in English and Filipino)

12. What do we prioritize - Go Viral or Motivate?
We have made the M.O.T.I.V.A.T.E. workbook format in sync with Go Viral so you can use it in your groups right away. You may also check this video to have a full understanding on how these two campaigns work together:
13. What are the resources and where can I get the resources?
The M.O.T.I.VA.T.E. movement provides you with learning and equipping through our weekly Sunday Messages, weekly webinars for each life stage, Sunday Lite videos, and workbook.

14. Are there sessions / webinars I can attend to within the week that is related to MOTIVATE? Where can I watch them?
We have intentionally tied in events from different life stages and crafted webinars so you can go deep with us as we unpack each M.O.T.I.V.A.T.E principle every week.
- Men, once a month on these Tuesdays: Oct 20 & Nov 10 at 7:30pm
- M.O.T.I.V.A.T.E. Family Webinars on Welcome Wednesdays, open to all, at 7:30pm. These will be led by Dr. Peter and Deonna Tan-chi and hosted by Edric and Joy Mendoza, with exciting panelists every week!
