I can't find a video

There are usually two Sunday messages posted per week: the morning service and the afternoon service. Here is how to find them using our menu at the top of the page:

Morning Service:

  • Most recent message: Messages + 4Ws > Most Recent
  • Current series: Messages + 4Ws > Videos > Current Series
  • Previous series: Messages + 4Ws > Videos > Previous Series
  • Archive: Messages + 4Ws > Videos > Archive

Afternoon Service:

  • Archive: Messages + 4Ws > Videos > Afternoon Services

How do I download?

We provide video downloads for both morning and afternoon services, and devotionals (4Ws) and audio for the morning service only. These are usually available starting the Tuesday following the message, though sometimes they are only available by Wednesday or Thursday if we have difficulties processing the files. The download links look like the following:

If the file you have downloaded does not work, or produces an error message after being downloaded, that is because you have downloaded an incomplete file. An incomplete file has two possible sources. The first source is your Internet connection. Sometimes the download gets interrupted, creating the error. Try downloading the file again, and if the file works, then the problem was with your connection.

The other source is with our (CCF’s) upload. The file we upload can sometimes be interrupted as well, creating the same error. If you download the file several times with the same error, then it is likely that CCF must upload the file again. Please post a comment on the page, letting us know about the problem. When we get the report, we will test the file, then re-upload it if necessary.

I'm getting an flash error message

Your Flash plugin may not be installed properly. Remedy this by uninstalling and then reinstalling the plugin.

The video is too small

To maximize it, click on the full-screen button in the lower-right corner of the player.

How do I fast forward or rewind?

To fast-forward or rewind, click on the spot in the timeline to which you want to jump. Be patient, as sometimes it takes time to load that section. If the video still does not load, refresh or reload the page, press play, then click on the spot you want to jump to.

CCF Player Issues

All our recent Sunday videos use two different players: the CCF Player and the Youtube Player. The CCF Player has a number of issues that can be avoided by using the Youtube Player. The Youtube version is usually available by the Thursday or Friday immediately following the Sunday message.

Unfortunately Youtube is blocked in certain countries, so we use the CCF Player to make the video accessible in any country.

The video stopped loading and/or only plays audio

The video may be slow or incomplete because of your Internet connection. The CCF Player is set to only output audio if your connection is too slow. Sometimes this is a temporary issue, so just refresh or reload the page. You can also try accessing the video at a later time; there might be too much traffic from other Internet users. If this problem persists, consider asking your Internet Service Provider for help.

The video only loads to a specific time

If this error occurs even after refreshing or reloading the page, you might need to clear your browser’s cache or temporary Internet files.

  • Internet Explorer: Tools > Delete Browsing History
  • Mozilla Firefox: Tools > Clear Private Data
  • Google Chrome: Tools > Clear Browsing Data

After doing this, refresh or reload the page.

Sometimes, this is because we uploaded an incomplete file. If clearing your cache does not work, please leave us a comment on the page with the video with the exact time of the error, and we will check it for you.


The video does not play

Sometimes, you need to press the play button more than once. If this doesn’t work, try refreshing the page and trying again.

The video is low quality

Sunday video uploads go through two stages. The first is just a quick copy of the livestreamed video taken on that Sunday, which is low quality. This video includes the praise and worship because we do not have time to edit it out.

The higher quality CCF Player video, which is edited by our media department, is usually available by Tuesday afternoon, though it might take longer due to technical difficulties. At the latest, it should be available by Wednesday or Thursday.
