Thank you for your interest in our certificate program. Please carefully read the

admissions information below as you consider enrolling in our program.

Admission Requirements for

GLC Level 4: Certificate of Leadership Program:

  1. Must submit the following:
  • Application form
  • Endorsement Letter signed by the Dgroup/D12 Leader
  • latest 2×2 ID picture
  1. Must be a D-group leader with at least 3 members (pls. submit updated list from dgroup management)
  2. At least 18 years old
  1. Completion of all CCF Level 2 courses or its equivalent in the past.
  2. Must pay the non-refundable down payment fee of One Thousand Pesos (P1,000.00) deducted from the total amount of the Tuition Fee.

Important Reminders and Requirements:

1. Email your latest 2×2 ID picture to glclev4@gmail.com

2. Ask your Dgroup or D12 Leader to fill out and sign your Endorsement Form.

This must be submitted on or before the start of classes.

3. Schedule of Classes for GLC Level 4 (2010-2011) Every Thursday 7:00 – 10:00 PM

a. Go to http://www.ccf.org.ph

b. Point your mouse to EDUCATION and

c. Click “GLC Class Schedules.”
