Discipleship Coordinator
  • Personable and can interact with different profiles of people
  • Has sufficient skills and know-how to navigate through data management systems, office applications, mobile applications, and online/website applications

Online Tech Admin
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
  • At least one-year work experience in related field
  • Can work with minimal supervision and should be dynamic, flexible, and have good interpersonal skills.
  • Must be a Dgroup member.

 

Web Developer (Junior/Senior)

  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in technical requirements planning, change requests management
  • Knowledgeable in PHP frameworks such as Symfony
  • Experience in Agile Software Development is a plus
  • Knowledgeable in Dart, HTML5, CSS, Angular is a plus
  • Must be a Dgroup Member

 

Customer Service Representative
  • Excellent communicator in English or Filipino (spoken)
  • Personable and can interact pleasantly with CCF members even in stressful situations
  • Graduate of any 4-yr course; prior experience in Customer Service a plus
  • Must be a Dgroup member.

 

Online Community Specialist
  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably related to Digital Marketing or Marketing
  • With relevant experience in social media management and copywriting
  • Fluent in Filipino and English
  • A Dgroup Member for at least 1 year (Dgroup leader preferred)
  • Has completed at least GLC1

 

Events and Logistics Coordinator
  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably related to Business Management
  • With at least 3 years relevant experience in events management (planning, coordination, and execution of large events [500 to 1000 attendees])
  • Proven ability in project management and simultaneous coordination with multiple stakeholders
  • Fluent in Filipino and English
  • A Dgroup Member for at least 1 year (Dgroup leader preferred)
  • Has completed at least GLC1
Life Stages Coordinator
  • Graduate of any 4-year course; knowledge in Accounting an advantage
  • Preferably has relevant experience on project management and events coordination
  • Has completed at least GLC Level 2 and is a Dgroup Leader
Junior Auditor
  • Graduate of Accountancy, preferably Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Certified Internal Auditor (CIA)
  • With at least 2 years of audit experience gained from internal audit of other organizations
  • Good oral and written skills, highly analytical and resourceful

 

Content Specialist
  • Seminary graduate, preferably majoring in Biblical studies, Theology, Education
  • Able to teach
  • Competent writer

 

Admin Assistant
  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • High administrative and people skills
  • Good time management skills and ability to multi-task, detail-oriented
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Must be a Dgroup Member
HR Generalist
  • Bachelor in Psychology or related course
  • 5 years or more relevant work experience in different HR facets (i.e. Total Rewards, Performance Management, Recruitment and Selection, and Employee Relations)
  • Must be a Dgroup Member

 

NXTGen Training Coordinator

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably related to Psychology, Sociology, or Human Resource Development
  • Must have at least 2 years relevant experience in end-to-end recruitment and training
  • Preferably has served in NXTGen as a volunteer
  • A Dgroup Member for at least 1 year (Dgroup leader preferred)

NXTGen Curriculum Developer

  • Seminary graduate, preferably majoring in Biblical studies, Theology, Christian Education
  • Proven ability to teach ages 4-12 and mentor volunteers
  • Competent writer and have created modules customized for toddlers and up
  • A Dgroup Member for at least 1 year (Dgroup leader preferred)
  • Has completed at least GLC1

 NXTGen Creatives Coordinator

  • Graduate of any 4-year course, preferably related to Advertising, Marketing, Fine Arts, or Design
  • Must have at least 2 years relevant experience in advertising ideas, graphics design, promotional materials, etc.
  • A Dgroup Member for at least 1 year (Dgroup leader preferred)
