Level 1: Certificate of Personal Discipleship
Laying a solid foundation for spiritual growth and maturity
The Certificate of Personal Discipleship program aims to establish new believers in the Christian faith. The eight (8) courses in this level are designed to provide a deep understanding of salvation, and all it entails. The program is also intended to usher in new believers to the Body of Christ through water baptism and membership in CCF. In becoming a member, participants commit themselves to follow Jesus and take part in the ministry and fellowship of the church through the small group.

Level 2: Certificate of Group Discipleship
Equipping growing believers to become effective disciple-makers
The Certificate of Group Discipleship program aims to develop and produce effective DGroup leaders who can start and lead their own small discipleship groups. It is designed to provide discipleship training to CCF DGroup members by equipping them with basic biblical knowledge, godly character, and fundamental leadership skills. The twelve (12) courses under this program intend to develop personal integrity and ministry competence in students.

Level 3: Certificate of Leadership
Advancing discipleship training for spiritual leadership and multiplication
The Certificate of Leadership program is designed to develop and produce D12 leaders who can manage and multiply discipleship groups. It aims to further improve the qualifications and skills of Dgroup leaders who desire to disciple multiplying leaders capable of handling small groups. The eight(8) courses in this level intend to develop competence in Bible communication and team leadership in students.

This final program provides lay leaders with essential training and an adequate background for specialized study in the following fields: pastorate, campus ministry, missions, or church planting. It offers solid biblical and theological studies integrated with practical ministry strategies for effective leadership in a local church and community.
