The science explaining the phenomenon was convincing, but what does the Bible have to say about all of this? For one thing, the earth will be destroyed by fire (2 Peter 3:7 NIV) not by water (God’s promise not to send another flood) and nothing will be left of the planet or the heavens. Another two things would be, we will not know when the end will come (2 Peter 3:10 NIV), plus, there will be no fear in being left behind as long as we are in Jesus (Deuteronomy 31:8 NIV). In conclusion, the movie gets a 2.5 (moderately good) rating for entertainment, but in my opinion not worthy enough to include in your DVD library. (Josh Argosino)

Read MoreBy Karen Galarpe Over coffee one Saturday afternoon, during our D-Group meeting, Kat asked me, “But how do you know if it’s God speaking to you?” Does God really talk to us in this day and age like He did with Abraham, Moses, and all the patriarchs? He does. And just like you know it’s [...]
