1. Your Flash plugin may not be installed properly. Remedy this by uninstalling and then reinstalling the plugin.
2. Does the video load only up to a certain point? You probably need to clear your browser’s cache or temporary Internet files.
- Internet Explorer: Tools > Delete Browsing History
- Mozilla Firefox: Tools > Clear Private Data
- Google Chrome: Tools > Clear Browsing Data
3. Is the screen too small? To maximize it, click on the full-screen button in the lower-right corner of the player.

4. The video may be slow or incomplete because of your Internet connection. Consider asking your Internet Service Provider for help. You can also try accessing the video at a later time; there might be too much traffic from other Internet users.
5. Sometimes, you need to press the play button more than once. It happens.
6. To fast-forward or rewind, click on the spot in the timeline to which you want to jump. How far you jump forward depends, however, on how much of the video has already been loaded.

Hope this helps!

Why there is always bufferings? its takes a lot of time waiting. Also why the video dont have a fast forward function or backward function? since sometimes we need to repeat or sometimes move forward. Pls advice me or if you can do something about it. I will appreciate it a lot.
thanks,
henry

Dear CCF Internet Church, Thank you for all your hard work to make this ministry possible!! I was in a lot of physical pain and had to stay home from church today. How wonderful that I could still worship and be fed from Pastor Peter’s message-and, in addition, my pain is almost completely gone now!! God bless you. Love in Christ, Juliet

the live broadcast of the mass is great, buffering in the other hand isnt. i’d just like to suggest to make the earlier service available for download on the same day? thanks and god bless.

live streaming is wonderful but I am also attending church service at the time and other ministry activity on Sunday..besides, buffering takes away the continuity of the message. Can it be possible to return to downloading at least by Monday? Maraming Salamat, Kapatid.

Hello CCF,
I use a Mac and used to be able to listen or download video versions of Sunday sermons quite easily. I have recently moved outside of Manila and tried several times to download or listen to past sermons but have not been successful–it takes a very long time to download and often I get this prompt:
“/Users/tuesday/Documents/DOWNLOADED FILES/v092009.zip.part could not be saved, because the source file could not be read.
Try again later, or contact the server administrator.”
And with the audio zip file, I get this:
“Page Not Found
We cannot locate the page you’re looking for. Please check the address and make sure all letters are lowercased with no spaces. You may also move to a different page by using the links in the menu bar above.”
I tried doing as prompted but still get the same messages. I would be grateful for any tips on how to fix this. Besides going to the local CCF church here, my son and I listen to the Sunday sermons. Many thanks and God bless!

Hello Tuesday!
Have you tried doing the suggestions on top of this page? Like uninstalling and then reinstalling your flash plugin, clearing your browser’s cache or temporary Internet files, etc?
